Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items within Australia
For International customers shipping is ADDITIONAL and a quote will be provided.
In both cases, shipping is insured and tracked, and the customer will be provided with all relevant information once the booking has been paid for.
Customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please be aware that we don’t take any responsibility for charges incurred by the destination nation.
Delivery Timeframe
Once you purchase your artwork, an email will be sent to you confirming your purchase.
We will arrange postage within 48 hours of full payment received and cleared. Your artwork will be collected by our designated couriers or dropped off to a collection point/post office within 7 days. We will endeavour to have artwork(s) delivered to you within 14 business days.
To ensure the protection of your work all work shipped will be insured and will request a signature upon delivery.
Returns Policy
We make every attempt to ensure the painting or drawing is accurately represented on the website. Photographic documentation occurs in natural light to correctly capture the colours and details.
Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. There may be a slight difference due to variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
All artworks are very carefully packaged to ensure their integrity and to protect against rough handling.
We are unable to offer returns due to a change of mind. However, we will offer returns if your Purchase arrives damaged. If you find your item has arrived damaged please contact Sandy Archer within 48 hours after delivery with attached images of the damage. We will arrange for collection of the Artwork by courier at a suitable time from you.
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sandy@sandyarcher.com
