Challenge: Align internal team, encourage brand ownership and produce consistency easily and effectively.
Approach: 5 step process to develop and define key brand values
1. Research: Conducted a visual communications review and held some internal research and inquiry via questionaires to key departments and Directors
2. Brand Workshops: Encouraged and facilitated open and collective discussion with various groups within the University. Defined key values that define and drive the organisation
3. Brand Strategy: developed a brand platform document with  the defined brand USP’s and brand essence
4. Brand Guidelines: Copyrwiting and creative direction of the brand guideline document
5. Brand Consulting: Ongoing brand consulting to assist in launching, educating and inspiring the team
Outcome: A unique, comprehensive and inspiring document that includes every aspect of the brand. A template process that enables easy production of consistent material and a creative, brand essence that can be promoted and educated internally and externally.
